Four-station junior fitness circuitPlayers rotate clockwise through marked lateral, forward, balance and quick-feet stations without crossing another active lane.NETYouPlayer 2Player 3

Players rotate clockwise through marked lateral, forward, balance and quick-feet stations without crossing another active lane.

  • Player movement
  1. 01Create four stations around one half-court with a single clockwise route.
  2. 02Keep each station outside the next player’s movement lane.
  3. 03Demonstrate the stop position at every station.

Step by step

Your 15-minute practice

  1. 0–3 min

    Learn every station

    • Walk one repetition at each station.
    • Show a balanced stop before rotating.
  2. 3–7 min

    Complete round one

    • Work for 30 seconds and rotate for 20 seconds.
    • Focus on clean movement rather than speed.
  3. 7–11 min

    Complete round two

    • Add a slightly faster first step.
    • Keep the same controlled finish.
  4. 11–15 min

    Finish together

    • Complete one cooperative relay around the circuit.
    • Count only stations finished in balance.

Remember

Three player cues

  • Quick start, quiet stop.
  • Stay inside your lane.
  • Quality beats rushing.

Avoid these

Common mistakes

  • Crossing into the next station
  • Turning without slowing down
  • Continuing when the station ahead is occupied

Keep the same purpose

Adjust the challenge

Make it easier

Use three shorter stations and allow extra rotation time.

Make it harder

Add a direction call or racket shadow swing at each stop without reducing safe spacing.

Keep it safe

Use flat markers, one travel direction and one active player per station; pause the circuit if lanes overlap.
