12 feeds · 4 min
Score twelve decisions

- Aim for nine successes.
Remember
Three player cues
- Pressure decides the response.
- Defend high, build deep, attack forward.
- Recover from where you finish.
Avoid these
Common mistakes
- Attacking a fast deep ball
- Using a defensive height on a clear short ball
- Choosing after the bounce
Keep the same purpose
Adjust the challenge
Make it easier
Use predictable blocks of four feeds for each situation.
Make it harder
Play a live second ball after every decision and require the recovery to influence the next response.
Keep it safe
The feeder must allow complete recovery after wide defensive balls and keep the short-ball lane clear.
