Court blueprint
Set up the court
Start behind the service line, move towards the partner’s feed, volley into the deep target and stop balanced inside the marked forward zone.

Step by step
Your 15-minute practice

Move and freeze
- Shadow two forward steps and stop inside the balance zone.
- Keep the racket in front.
8 feeds · 4 min
Add forehand volleys
- Move through eight gentle forehand feeds.
- Step towards the deep target.
8 feeds · 4 min
Add backhand volleys
- Repeat with eight backhand feeds.
- Recover to the start line after each ball.
16 feeds · 4 min
Alternate sixteen balls
- Let the partner mix both sides.
- Aim for twelve deep, balanced volleys.

Three player cues
